Storytell Update: User Experience Updates with Question Library, Thread Titles, and Mobile-Friendly Design

Hi users!, I'd like to walk you through some of the key improvements we've recently released over the past week. These updates focus on refining the question library, generating better thread titles, and optimizing the platform for mobile devices.

Question Library Enhancements

One of the areas we've focused on is improving the question library. Based on valuable feedback from our users, we've made some changes to streamline the user experience. We understand that users often click on the questions expecting them to work, so we've taken steps to clarify the purpose of the question library. Notably, we've incorporated a prompt to generate "explain like I'm 5" prompts. This feature aims to provide users with simple, easy-to-understand explanations for complex topics.

Smarter Thread Titles

Another area of improvement is the generation of thread titles. We recognize that relevant and informative thread titles are crucial for users to quickly grasp the content of a thread. To address this, we've implemented an enhanced algorithm that analyzes the context of the thread and generates more accurate and descriptive titles.

While this feature is still in its early stages, we're continuously monitoring its performance and gathering user feedback. Our goal is to refine the thread title generation process to ensure that users can easily navigate through threads and find the information they need. We encourage our users to keep an eye out for these improvements and share their thoughts with us.

Mobile-Friendly Design

In today's mobile-first world, it's essential for platforms like Storytell to provide a seamless experience across devices. We've made significant strides in optimizing our platform for mobile devices, ensuring that users can access and engage with Storytell on the go. We've redesigned the user interface to be more mobile-friendly, with a focus on usability and readability. The two sidebars now overlay the content, allowing users to switch between threads and manage knowledge more efficiently on smaller screens. By streamlining the mobile experience, we aim to empower our users to stay productive and engaged, regardless of their device.
