Your Workspace, Streamlined: Project Updates, Search Improvements, and Integrations

In our recent product demo session, we showcased updates that improve how teams retrieve and collaborate on information. The main highlights included:

• Better ticket management with improved filtering and organization in Linear
• Google Drive integration for seamless document access
• Multiple URL uploads for faster research compilation

Find and organize tickets faster

Manually searching for issues in a growing list of tickets can be frustrating. Storytell now allows teams to efficiently manage product tickets in Linear by exporting all tickets into a CSV file, making bulk uploads simple. Users can also ask natural language queries to find relevant tickets and identify duplicates more easily.

Additionally, Storytell helps automate changelog and documentation generation based on ticket updates, reducing the manual effort needed to track changes.

Connect Google Drive for easier document access

The long-awaited Google Drive integration is nearly here. Soon, users will be able to connect their accounts, allowing Storytell to pull in documents directly, eliminating the need for manual uploads.

This integration also enhances search functionality, enabling users to quickly retrieve important files across multiple sources. While Google Drive integration is expected to roll out within the next couple of weeks, future iterations will include additional platforms like SharePoint.

Upload multiple URLs at once to speed up research

Research workflows just got easier with the new ability to upload multiple URLs simultaneously. This feature allows users to:

• Add up to 10 URLs at a time

• Automatically extract key information from linked content
• Streamline research for product development, case studies, and analysis

In future updates, we plan to enable deeper crawling capabilities to extract more context from uploaded sources.

Tag files and Collections for faster search

Finding key files and discussions is now more efficient with @mentioning support. Users can tag specific files and Collections within Storytell, making knowledge retrieval smoother.

This update also introduces context-aware responses, meaning that tagged files automatically provide relevant insights without needing additional searches. Discussions are now more structured, reducing the time spent hunting for information.

Invite your entire company: simplified collaboration

We're building the ability to invite your entire company to a Collection, instead of adding users one by one. With a simple "entire company" tab, anyone with a matching domain will be able to access the Collection upon signup.

Simpler project organization

We are exploring a simpler user experience by removing the Collection tree on the left bar and using an asset panel on the right, where you can select the assets you want to chat with. Instead of a rigid Collection structure, we’re moving toward a project-based model that simplifies how assets are managed.

The updates include a dedicated asset panel for better visibility and enhanced filtering and navigation, making it easier to manage team workflows.
