We're introducing more LLMs to Storytell

Everyone has different goals to achieve and problems to solve whether its diving into complex data analysis, generating creative content, or trying to better understand your customers. Similarly, there are also many different large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI, Claude, Anthropic, Llama, etc. each with different strengths and capabilities, and can impact the quality of responses you receive. With so many options, it can be difficult to choose which LLM to use.

This is why we're working on an LLM router, which will allow Storytell to automatically select the best LLM to meet your needs based on your prompt.

Bringing Gemini to Storytell

The first step to making the LLM router a reality is to add more LLM options to Storytell. We've added support for Gemini alongside our existing OpenAI integration as an LLM option, with more options like Claude coming soon.

How to use it: Simply include the model name (e.g., "Gemini", "chatGPT", "GPT-4") in your prompt and Storytell will automatically switch to that model when giving a response. If no model is specified, we'll default to using OpenAI for speed.

Collections

Collections are what's next for Storytell. Collections will allow you to group related content like documents for different departments, call or meeting types, or separate projects.

Collections will also allow project spaces to be shared with team members and set different access levels.

Dynamic SmartChats

As a part of Collections, Dynamic SmartChats will be pinned prompts or questions where you will be able to see auto-updating answers as new data is added to a collection. Think having a question like "What are my best selling items?" or "Most recent call summary" pinned to a collection and the answer would refresh anytime there is new data in that collection.
