How to share a Collection link

1. Generate a link:

• Open your Collection, click "Invite," and select “Anyone with the link.” Click “Generate link” to create a unique, secure URL.
  
  

2. Share it anywhere:

• Distribute this link via your preferred communication channel—email, chat, or even a text message. The choice is yours!

3. Seamless integration:

• Collaborator not on Storytell? No problem. Upon clicking your shared link, they can quickly register.
• Once authenticated, they access the Collection hassle-free, allowing them to dive straight into collaboration.

Security and control at your fingertips

We understand how important it is to keep the data in your Shared Collections secure. That’s why we have a set of stringent security & control measures in place:

• Authentication required. Only users with the link who log in can access the Collection.
• Revokable anytime: If circumstances change, you can revoke access anytime by deleting the link, ensuring you control the narrative of your collaborative story.

• Email redaction. When someone joins via link, others see only their email domain, not the full address.
