Preview: Collections and StoryTiles™ for enhanced collaboration

In our recent product update and feedback session, we shared a preview of updates designed to improve content management, collaboration, and transparency. These included the upcoming Collections feature and StoryTiles™, which work together to streamline workflows and provide clarity. Here’s a recap of what we discussed:

Organizing projects is now easier

We showed a preview of the new Collections feature, which will be released next week:

• Collections allow users to group and organize projects for better management and accessibility.
• Users can create and manage collections within an intuitive interface, simplifying project workflows.

Visualizing source content

The session also included a preview of StoryTiles™, integrated with Collections:

• StoryTiles™ display snippets of source content, providing a visual reference for SmartChat™ responses.
• Tiles include relevance indicators, making it easier for users to understand the connection between source material and outputs.

Visual Cue for Data Source

We also introduced a visual cue to distinguish where AI outputs are based on. 

• A clear indicator now shows whether external or internal data is referenced.
