Look at how we're building Collections

Here's what we demoed in our most recent Product Call:

  • The ability to choose between Gemini and OpenAI as the LLM when generating responses
  • Updates to Storytell Collections, which will enable project-based collaboration spaces with access controls
  • Dynamic SmartChat

Here's the initial mockups we presented. Let us know what you think!

Interact with Gemini

Type "Gemini" as you input your prompt to activate this feature. The default model will be OpenAI for faster responses, but you will have the flexibility to choose if they have a preference.

Collections UI/UX

In our original SmartChat™ platform, we had tags and groups, here we're calling them Collections. We shared some mockups of the new Collections feature that we've been building. Collections will provide teams with project-based spaces where specific team members can be invited to collaborate. Within a collection, users can:

  • Upload and organize relevant files
  • View recent chats related to that collection
  • Set access permissions (collaborator, viewer, commenter)

We're also working on a balance of shipping features with speed and polishing user experience. Let us know what you want us to prioritize!

Dynamic SmartChats

We are starting to build out a feature we’re calling “Dynamic SmartChats” which we’ll be working on after shipping Collections. These will be pinned prompts or questions that generate auto-updating answers as new data is added to a collection. Users could pin a question like "Which customers are at greatest risk of churn?" and the answer would refresh any time the underlying data changes.
