Control permission access for your Storytell Collections

Last week, our engineering team worked on the mockups for the upcoming Collections features and enhancing the user experience design for Storytell, aiming for more efficient project execution. The primary goal is to improve the user experience by identifying areas where we can cut features to save time while ensuring the delivery of essential functionalities. Check out our engineering team’s in-depth demo of the upcoming features and design changes for Storytell.

Collections and Permissions

With our new Collections feature, users will efficiently create, rename, and manage collections. They'll also be able to invite others for collaboration, with roles including admin, collaborator, and viewer. Admins will have the authority to delete collections, while collaborators can add files and chats. Future updates will introduce customizable roles to enhance flexibility.

UI/UX Design: Improving User Interaction

Our design team is focused on enhancing navigation and user experience. The left-hand sidebar will display recent activities for quick access. We are also exploring integrating Search and Dynamic SmartChat™, along with features like breadcrumbs for easier navigation and a responsive layout.
