Hi Users! We are thinking of bringing together all the essential features of your VirtualMe™ in one cohesive space by organizing the panel into three levels or panels.
What would it look like?
Panel 1 is the channel navigation. This can be found on the left side of the screen, where you can manage multiple communication streams with other people's VirtualMe™. This can also contain a setting where you can store your knowledge, see your profile's analytics, and make your content visible or not to other people.
Panel 2 is the dedicated chat experience where you can chat with your content. Imagine having everything in the chat, including the summary and Story Tile™.
Panel 3 is for chat functions with the history of your content. The chat functions also have the ability to save and copy content, find the source of a specific Story Tile™, and re-do your actions.
Check out this demo from Flavio, our Storytell Advisor, to see how it works:
Question for y'all, is this an experience you want to have for your VirtualMe™ dashboard? We'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback! We're all ears!
For our crew, the JTBD is: "I want a user dashboard to manage my use of Storytell"
I like this clean design that is very intuitive and keeps proper separation to avoid the user confusion that you mentioned at the onset
