Hey users, @Stephen, @Azhelle, @Mark Clancy, @Paul, and @Shawn Wei, we've got some mocked updates on VirtualMe™! The video below showcases our latest mocked feature design -- the ability to rate the responses you get from your VirtualMe™.
When you hover over a message, you'll see a thumbs up, thumbs down, and a copy button — loved the response? Click the thumbs up. If it didn't quite hit the mark, click the thumbs down. This lets us know what we need to improve.
Check out the video from our Rapid prototyping team to see these features in action. We can't wait to hear what you think!
For our crew, the JTBD is: I want to be able to evaluate the quality of a summary and a chat response in the web app
Users, @Azhelle aka The Toy Coach , @Stephen Atwell , @mark+storytell , @Shawn Wei , @ Paul Gee, this feature which allows you to rate Storytell chat responses, is now officially live!
Just hover over the chat response, and you'll see thumbs up and thumbs down buttons -- help us improve your experience by leaving chat response ratings. To make the most of this new feature, I've created a quick demo video that walks you through on how it works.
This feature will also be coming to our Web App and Chrome extension. Your feedback on your overall experience would be greatly appreciated.
This is a great addition to the virtual me!
This is great idea. We definitely needed such a rating tool.
CAI = Child AI: Because of the age of AI, in general, AI's summary cannot be trusted. Maybe we should put a warning like "Hey this is AI's response!" or "Hey this is AI generated content!".
On the other hand, we should be looking for areas that we can use this "child labor"! ( Child is AI here )
