Users, based on the designs we shared last week for Storytell's Knowledge Map dashboard, here's what we've managed to roll out!
SmartChat™: Imagine being able to chat with tags. Well, you don't have to imagine anymore! This feature lets you do just that, pulling out specific info from your uploaded content. The chat screen is wider, making it easier to read those long responses. And, we're working on a subscripts feature to make it even better.
Knowledge Map: This is like your personal tag directory. It shows all the tags created from your content. You can search through them and click on any tag to open a chat interface for that tag.
Knowledge Management: It's still a work in progress, but we're building it to be your go-to place for managing summaries and files. We'll be adding more to this soon!
Bulk Delete Feature: Ever wished you could delete a bunch of reports all at once? Well, now you can. You can select all and delete in one go. And the best part? No more timeouts, even with thousands of reports.
We're always looking to improve, so we'd love to hear your thoughts on these new features! How are they working out for you?
For our crew, the JTBDs are:
This is awesome progress per usual.
One thing that may be an interesting feature to explore once all of these are completed is the ability to create a knowledge graph, which is different than the map/directory of tags. It would be an automated way to show dependencies between various summaries/files and find commonalities across for research, reporting, etc....
